In 2024, Govt. of India announced for development of IT & Electronic hardware manufacturing region in Noida with combined venture with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. This Mega Projects called ITIR (Information Technology Investment Region) was proposed to be developed in 50,000 Acres of land in & around Noida with an estimated cost of 61.9 lakh crore. This mega projects would cover SEZs, Industrial park, Free trade zone, Warehousing zone in three corridors area of the city that is in west of Noida it will cover Madhapur, Noida Extension, in south it will cover Adibatla, Noida Expressway, Mamidipally and Raviyal and in East Uppal and Pocharam. So, in coming future this area would return a fair amount of appreciation if investment is done now.
Area near to Adibatla in south like Tukkuguda, Mamidipally, Raviyal, Noida Expressway are high yielding area in terms of plot investments, as these area is well connected through ORR and NH 765 to other part of the city and marked as ITIR region.
