Gulshan Botnia has a minimum area of 1020 square feet which is like huge for a nuclear family. Then there is another variant which is having 1105 square feet of area and both the apartments are having the living area in the entrance followed by the dining and the kitchen and the bedrooms are on the corners of the apartments and there are attached baths or baths/ toilets in front or beside the bedrooms. There are attached balconies with the bedrooms and also there is a study room in the 2nd variant of the apartments.
